This role involves providing analytical assurance and ensuring that rating activities and analytical practices meet the required standards. You will work closely with the Chief Auditor to develop a risk-based approach to analytical risks and provide regular updates to senior management and the board.
Responsibilities- Lead audits and review sovereign and public finance credit ratings, methodologies, and rationales.
- Develop subject matter expertise within assigned credit areas and businesses.
- Prepare Audit Reports and assist with Board presentations.
- Support other audits and reviews across the company.
8+ years of experience in analytics with expertise in ratings processes and criteria. Subject matter expertise in credit analysis for public finance and sovereign credits. Knowledge of credit, macroeconomic risks, and regulatory requirements. Independence, critical thinking, influencing skills, and strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Familiarity with analytical tools like Alteryx, Power BI is a plus.
