About the Role:

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in skincare and makeup, with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong relationships with customers. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized service, offering expert advice on products, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to all customers, ensuring that they have an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and trends, offering expert advice to customers on skincare and makeup solutions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, supporting the goals of the team and driving business growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported.
