Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader in nursing to fill a senior management position at a reputable healthcare institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the wards, daycare, and ICU departments to ensure optimal patient care and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other senior managers to drive smooth hospital operations and achieve organisational goals.
- Develop and implement clinical practice guidelines to promote best practices in nursing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and management techniques to stay ahead in the field.
Requirements:
- 7 years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
- 2 years experience at Clinical Nurse Manager level.
- Master's Degree in a relevant field or willingness to pursue one.
- Registration with the NMBI and full work permits.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
