Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to deliver high-quality care to children within their home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, professional family-centred care and implement all aspects of the client's care plan based on identified needs.
  • Work closely in partnership with family members to prioritize the child's and family's comforts and interests.
  • Communicate effectively with the client, family, clinical team, and multidisciplinary team; report on client's clinical needs as required.
  • Maintain accurate and professional clinical notes to record progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate commitment and competence in the care and welfare of clients' needs.
  • Promote recognition of each client as an individual and show kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect.
  • Hold current registration on the live register of NMBI and possess RGN qualifications.
  • Previous experience in home care is advantageous but not essential.
