  • Leading and managing the direct labour workforce on site", "
  • Overseeing health & safety in conjunction with the EHS Officer—including SPAs, records, the Health & Safety file, and compliance", "
  • Managing and monitoring electrical installations and installations of packages to ensure they are delivered to drawings, specifications, and regulations", "
  • Coordinating subcontractor works to ensure progress, quality, and integration with the programme", "
  • Monitoring productivity of all workers under your remit to maintain output and standards", "
  • Tracking daily progress against the project schedule and reporting to the Project Manager", "
  • Managing labour, materials, and site deliveries to maintain momentum", "
  • Driving quality—snagging, resolving issues, and closing out to ISO 9001:2015 standards", "
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries quickly and effectively", "
  • Overseeing testing, verification, and certification before handover", "
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • ", "
  • Electrical Craft Certificate (trade qualification)", "
  • 5+ years' experience as a Foreman on healthcare and industrial projects (essential)", "
  • Proven experience managing a direct labour workforce on live construction sites", "
  • Strong track record overseeing electrical installations", "
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets", "
  • Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and project delivery requirements", "
  • Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling", "
  • Full, clean driving licence", "
  • Detail-driven, with a strong focus on safety, progress, and quality", "
