We are seeking an experienced Pension Scheme Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of a portfolio of Group Schemes, ensuring all aspects of day-to-day admin are completed accurately and on time.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration and management of a portfolio of Group Schemes
  • Ensuring all aspects of the day-to-day admin of each scheme are completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Dealing with enquiries from client companies and scheme members
  • Liaising with Consultants and Client Managers to ensure compliance with all aspects of the client file
  • Completion of group pension and risk renewals and accounts in appointed portfolios
  • Ensuring statutory disclosure requirements are met in a timely manner
  • Managing a portfolio of group pension and risk plans, personal and executive pension plans, Approved Retirement Funds, and individual protection policies

Requirements:

  • APA/QFA qualified with 3-5 years experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Proven track record of delivering excellence in customer service
  • Able to manage your own time efficiently and effectively
  • Able to problem solve and follow queries through to a satisfactory conclusion
