Leadership Role in Healthcare Management

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to lead our healthcare team.

This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality residential care and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To effectively manage a team to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • To be flexible in working hours to meet the needs of residents.
  • To support the transition of residents to community-based living arrangements.
Requirements:
  • A Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (RNID).
  • A minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, preferably in intellectual disability.
  • Prior management experience and a recognised qualification in management.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English language.
  • Familiarity with HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.

Knowledge of Irish Healthcare and Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act is an advantage. A flexible approach to hours and ability to lead a team are required.
