Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Accounting Expert to join our finance team at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and providing financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial guidance to senior management, recommending strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Analyze financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
