Infrastructure Development Specialist

About the Position:
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of works compliant with Contract Standards, ensuring health, safety, and environmental aspects are maintained at the highest level.
They will manage teams of engineers, surveyors, and other professionals, providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Maintain high levels of health, safety, and environmental awareness throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and surveyors
Essential Requirements:
Civil/Construction or related degree
Industry recognised safety training to the relevant standard
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure
Fluent English
