Senior Mental Health Service Manager

This is a challenging role that requires the successful candidate to have depth and breadth of experience working across various mental health services, including inpatient and community settings. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate senior leadership skills within a dynamic team environment, with excellent management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical direction and leadership to staff members within the designated area
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Relevant qualifications and registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in mental health nursing, with a proven track record of leadership and management within a healthcare setting
