Vhi Health & Wellbeing operates a diverse portfolio of clinical services to its members and patients across various networks and settings.

These services are provided by a team of multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals and supported by administrative and business functions.

In order to achieve operational efficiencies and continuous performance improvement, there is a need to consolidate administrative and business functions into a central operational support unit.

This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of key operational processes and functions that support the delivery of the Health & Wellbeing overall business plan & services.

Key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high standards and processes across all administrative and business functions within the unit, driving improvements in quality and performance through standardisation, cohesion, and alignment of functions and processes with supporting key performance indicators, and participating as a member of the Chief Operations Officer leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operational / general manager role in a healthcare setting, with proven experience in leading programme & change management, significant experience of leading teams and team working in healthcare operations, and strong, demonstrable experience of working successfully with partners including clinical & operational leaders.
