Deliver high-quality design services to building mechanical systems, working collaboratively with clients and project engineers to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engineering projects from inception to completion, providing technical leadership and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop and agree on design processes, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Provide expert technical support to estimating, procurement, commercial, and project bid teams, enhancing their capabilities and efficiency.
  • Offer remote technical assistance to construction teams on projects, facilitating smooth execution and minimizing delays.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptional technical expertise in mechanical engineering services & design, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Possess a degree in mechanical or building services engineering, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
  • Showcase 3 years of relevant experience in a design consultancy environment, having worked on diverse projects and demonstrated adaptability.
  • Hold knowledge of current CIBSE and ASHRAE Design Guides, Building Regulations, EN and IEC Standards, applying this expertise to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Hevacomp, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite Software, utilizing these tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
