We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our Independent Search Solutions Ltd team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and developing relationships with surgeons to drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing expert technical advice and training to customers on product usage and surgical techniques
  • Engaging with surgeons to develop sales opportunities and managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Supporting the management of stock and equipment, including consignment inventory and ordering patterns
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer activity and purchasing patterns
  • Assisting in the development of product knowledge within the sales team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need 2-3 years' experience in surgical or theatre settings, preferably in orthopaedics surgery. You must also possess excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as a strong work ethic.
