As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be part of a professional and friendly team that is passionate about working with children and fostering their potential.

Your Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging childcare programs aligned with Aistear and Siolta curriculum guidelines, maintaining open communication with parents, and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children.

Requirements

1. A minimum qualification of Level 5, 6, 7, or 8 in Early Childhood Education and Care, recognized by the DCEDIY or accompanied by a letter of eligibility.
2. In-depth knowledge of childcare regulations and exceptional communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
3. Genuine passion for working with children and fostering their potential.
4. Previous experience in a creche setting, along with familiarity with curriculum planning, observations, and quality assurance processes.
