We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Third-Party Risk Analyst to join our Privacy and Risk team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with third-party vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects and initiatives to ensure the organization remains compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and external auditors in relation to Third-Party Risk Management.
- Conduct due diligence and assess the risk of third-party vendors, service providers, and partners.
- Partner heavily with the Risk Management Team to ensure risks are logged, tracked, and managed.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all third-party relationships and conduct ongoing monitoring and assessments.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to mitigate third-party risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate contracts and agreements with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Monitor and analyze third-party risk indicators to identify and report potential changes to the risk profile of the organization.
