The Echelon Data Centres is a leading provider of data centre services, and we are currently seeking a skilled Safety and Security Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the security operations of our facilities, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Security Policies:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures in alignment with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Manage Access Control Systems:
  • Implement and maintain access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel have access to sensitive areas.
  • Regularly review access logs for compliance and accuracy.
Lead the Security Team:
  • Manage the security team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Promote a culture that encourages compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Investigate Incidents:
  • Investigate security incidents and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans for security events and emergencies.
Stay Compliant:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
Report Progress:

Requirements:
