  3. Quality Assurance: Inspect resources for quality, quantity, and suitability, processing invoices accordingly.
  4. Health and Safety Monitoring: Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and security standards within the department, including temperature checks and HACCP record-keeping.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. A minimum of 1 year experience in stock control within the last 5 years, preferably in a catering environment.
  2. A level 3 qualification in any discipline.
  3. GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
  4. NVQ or higher qualifications in Professional Cookery and ICT are advantageous.
  5. A full driving license and access to transportation are essential for this role.
