We are seeking a dynamic Lecturer/Assistant Professor in General Nursing to join our esteemed academic community. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished professional with expertise in nursing education and research, holding a strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and mentoring services.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering curricula, assessing student learning, conducting scholarly activities, and contributing to the development of academic programs. The successful candidate will also engage in collaborative research projects, publish scholarly works, and participate in university service committees.

The successful applicant will possess a doctoral degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience in academia or industry. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a temporary full-time position within the UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems, offering a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Master's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent)
  • Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent)
