Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join the Dublin-based Operations team as a Test Coordinator with Treasury and Front to Back migrations experience.

This role is part of an Operational Transformation to migrate the Middle and Back Office functions from an end-of-life application into the strategic utility model of enterprise systems.

  • Review existing regression packs with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and refresh as needed.
  • Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts, field populations, and expected results. Maintain as required.
  • Identify commonality of use of trades to satisfy multiple tests for the functions and partners.
  • Work with technology to ensure environments are available and fit for purpose.
  • Check User Acceptance Testing (UAT) set ups against Production.
  • Create UAT Entry Criteria to ensure Operations can test effectively and efficiently.
  • Review System Integration Testing (SIT) results to ensure that UAT entry criteria are met.
  • Day-to-day coordination of test activities, resources, and systems.
  • Create Quality Assurance and Quality Control metrics and track to them.
  • Daily Reporting and Escalation of issues as required.
  • Defect Management: creation and evidencing, tracking, and prioritization.
  • Produce quality documentation that can be reused for Standard Operating Procedures and Operational Readiness.
