Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Lead to manage our residential construction project in Galway.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and warehouse projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the warehouse construction project, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that the project is executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers, to ensure project success.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs.
  • Foster positive relationships with the project team and clients.

To be successful in your application, you will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Lead in the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (a plus).
  • Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
