**Key Responsibilities**

As a Front Desk Professional, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day front-of-house operations, supporting the smooth functioning of office activities, and providing general administrative support.

• Manage visitor sign-in, security passes, and meeting room schedules to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
• Coordinate hospitality and liaise with catering providers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle switchboard calls and direct them appropriately to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, and manage office supplies and services to maintain a well-organised workspace.
• Be the first point of contact for internal office-related queries and provide timely assistance to colleagues.
• Support events and ad hoc tasks across the team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.

**What We're Looking For**

We require an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, who is confident in using MS Suite and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

Experience in a reception/front-of-house role is essential, and a proactive, approachable, and strong team player with meticulous attention to detail is required.
