The role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to elevate the hotel's presence across digital and offline platforms.
- We are seeking a visionary marketer who can lead our 5-star hotel into its next chapter of growth, shape a premium brand, engage a global audience, and make a tangible impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and scaling digital campaigns that convert, deep knowledge of website performance, UX, SEO, analytics, CRM, and social platforms, as well as strong content creation chops, visual eye + copywriting flair.
- Responsibilities include:
- Designing, managing, and optimizing all digital assets: website, social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and more.
- Leading the development and performance of the hotel's web presence, booking engine, and mobile-first customer journey.
- Innovating with content: from blog posts and newsletters to stunning visuals and short-form video.
- Collaborating with design and media partners to develop campaign assets and elevate content quality.
- Delivering creative, ROI-focused offline campaigns across print, PR, experiential, and B2C events.
- Fostering strong industry relationships and partnerships to drive brand visibility and new market opportunities.
- Championing our digital reputation across all review platforms and community channels.
