**Supply Chain Manager Role**We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing site and network supply planning strategies.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Chemistry or Engineering and have demonstrated track-record of achievement in a dynamic Supply Chain planning context.The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive value creation and realize benefits. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design and implement site and network supply planning strategies
  • Manage inventory, capacity, raw materials and other key planning variables
  • Support the site S&OP process and SKPT Global Planning processes
  • Foster collaboration and leadership across functional areas
  • Evaluate vendor performance and develop supplier capabilities
  • Embed risk management processes to reduce supply risk exposure
  • Foster a customer-focused culture centered on delivery, learning and innovation
  • Advocate for continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes and systems
  • Build effective collaboration with global stakeholders to drive value creation
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Chemistry or Engineering
  • Demonstrated track-record of achievement in Supply Chain planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead change and foster collaboration
  • Customer focus and good problem-solving skills
