We're seeking a talented Sr. Software Engineering Manager to lead our full-stack engineering team in building and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

  • Lead a dedicated full-stack engineering team to design, develop, and deploy experimentation and data platforms.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to your team members, adapting your approach to suit individual needs and career goals.
  • Evaluate and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and team goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and business units to innovate and scale products.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of high-maintenance, reliable software, maintaining a healthy backlog and prioritizing tasks for maximum impact.

  • Proven experience managing teams of developers, particularly in high-velocity environments.
  • Expertise in building large-scale distributed systems that prioritize high availability, scalability, and resilience.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to adapt to new areas and changes.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate thoughts and proposals effectively.
  • Demonstrated dedication to delivering results with excellence, backed by 10+ years of work experience and 5+ years of team management.
