We're seeking an experienced HR professional who excels at building connections, driving engagement, and creating a positive work environment. This role will suit someone who thrives on the people side of HR and enjoys supporting engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Partner with managers and employees to support employee relations, recruitment, and day-to-day queries.
- Contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion projects and help embed best practices across the organisation.
- Provide hands-on HR generalist support, focusing on employee experience and workplace culture.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact, ensuring a positive and people-focused HR service.
- A minimum of 3 years' HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- A strong background in softer HR skills such as engagement, comms, wellbeing, or DEI.
- An approachable style with the ability to build trust quickly.
- A degree and/or CIPD qualification is preferred, but strong experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
