AI Data Specialist

We are seeking detail-oriented candidates to fill a new role focused on improving AI models. The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced environments and can efficiently manage multiple tasks.

The successful candidate will be client-oriented, enthusiastic, and courteous, with strong verbal and written communication skills. They must possess a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent analytical skills.

The selected individual will work within a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. They will contribute to the development and refinement of AI data resources, ensuring high-quality outputs.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and annotate large datasets accurately and consistently
  • Evaluate data quality and suggest improvements
  • Develop guidelines and procedures for consistent data classification and organization
  • Research new data sources and best practices for annotation

Essential Competencies:

We're looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience across domains and languages.

  • High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR
  • Educational background: Degree Level 7 & above
  • Understanding common social norms (Social dynamics, social media, popular culture)
  • Ability to efficiently work to specified project delivery deadlines
  • Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
