Lead a Nurturing Environment

As a senior leader in our childcare team, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver exceptional environments where children thrive through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of centre operations as the Designated Person in Charge.
  • Leading the delivery of an emergent curriculum tailored to meet the individual needs of children.
  • Monitoring and upholding high standards in quality, safety, hygiene, and care across the centre.
  • Acting as the point person for Child Protection and ensuring all related concerns are recorded, reported, and resolved.
  • Collaborating with your Deputy Manager to drive centre development and optimisation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7/8 preferred).
  • At least 3 years post-qualification experience in an early years setting, ideally with leadership or supervisory experience.
  • A strong understanding of inclusive early childhood education.
  • In-depth knowledge of current childcare legislation and regulatory requirements.
