Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated medical device environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, compliance, and operational efficiency as our new site ramps up production.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:
  • A qualification in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years' experience in an automation or maintenance role, preferably within medical devices, pharma, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley or similar), robotics, servo systems, and vision systems.
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to work shifts and respond flexibly to production needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
