About the Role

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Finishing Foreman to join a reputable Main Contractor in West Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all finishing trades on site through to handover, working alongside an experienced site manager and project manager to ensure successful delivery of new homes.

Responsibilities

  • Report to and support Site Manager
  • Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis
  • Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams
  • Manage multiple teams of trades to handover
  • Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members
  • Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with a Main Contractor in ROI
  • Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification (preferably Carpentry or Joinery)
  • Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work
