We are seeking a highly experienced QA Team Leader to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of QA Analysts and contribute to driving quality improvements across operations.

About You

  • You have 23 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or QA setting.
  • You possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are proficient in using quality tools and root cause analysis methods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support QA Analysts across operations.
  • Oversee QA inspections and ensure quality records are maintained.
  • Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis and CAPAs.
  • Review and manage non-conforming material.
  • Support internal audits (ISO 9001:2015) and site quality health assessments.
  • Develop and implement training, documentation, and risk-based quality plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality metrics reporting.
