Scientific Lab Manager

This is a high-impact lab leadership role at a rapidly expanding site in Ireland, with direct collaboration across international teams and strategic influence on future capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Setup of a State-of-the-Art Laboratory: Lead the setup of an inhalation laboratory, shaping infrastructure, processes, and team culture from the ground up.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with international partners to drive technical transfer programs and regulatory excellence.
- Strategic Influence: Contribute to regulatory strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring future leaders in quality and analytical development.
- Leadership Visibility: Report directly to senior quality leadership and contribute to key organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry required.
- Proven experience in a pharmaceutical chemistry lab, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and lab operations, especially FDA/HPRA expectations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills.
- Proven ability to manage audits, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration.
