Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Global Treasury Solutions Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and developing our treasury services with existing and prospective clients. You will provide innovative and transformative solutions to our clients to better manage their treasury operations and working capital.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell the entire Payments product suite, including treasury services, merchant services, and trade & working capital.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to promote global and regional efforts to expand existing business and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding client challenges and requirements, and identifying ways to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Engage clients at strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework.
  • Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.

Required Qualifications and Capabilities:

  • Proven experience in Payments sales or related areas, with ability to build and develop client relationships, win, and close new businesses.
  • Solid knowledge of cash & liquidity management products and compliance processes.
  • Effective selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent partnership and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
