Job Overview

The Associate Director – Project Management & Continuous Improvement role is a critical position within the Gilead Sciences Global Supply Chain team. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of CI initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in project management and CI methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
