OSI PI Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled OSI PI Consultant to lead the development and standardisation of engineering work instructions and naming conventions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the creation of standardised test protocols, asset consolidation, and data visualisation using PI Vision and other platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Integration and Automation: Manage and optimise AF/EF structures to ensure comprehensive data integration across systems. Automate event creation and streamline configuration processes to reduce manual dependencies.
  • PI System Security and Support: Support and enhance PI system security, including protocol standardisation and vulnerability mitigation.
  • Standardised Test Protocols: Contribute to the creation of standardised test protocols for both project and BAU activities.
  • Asset Consolidation: Provide strategic guidance on asset consolidation, including server and network configurations.
  • Data Visualisation and Reporting: Evaluate and deploy reporting tools, and support data visualisation using PI Vision and other platforms.
  • Automated Testing: Identify opportunities for automated testing and collaborate with internal SMEs.
  • Disaster Recovery and SOPs: Maintain and improve disaster recovery plans and operational SOPs.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimising AF/EF structures, automating event creation, and supporting PI system security. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
