This is an excellent chance to join our team as a Technical Advisor. You will be part of our customer service department, coordinating and supporting our service engineers, customers, and mixed sales companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating service and support for our products and services.
- Providing timely support to our customers, both directly and indirectly.
- Delivering on-site support in emergency situations.
- Preparing and delivering technical reports.
- Training clients, employees, and apprentices.
- Liaising with internal departments to eliminate faults and improve products.
- Working with our sales department to promote and develop business opportunities.
- Maintaining KPI and targets.
- Maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Ensuring quality, environmental, and Health & Safety standards are always met.
- Contributing to Continuous Improvement and Quality Management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A third-level qualification in engineering or a relevant trade.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of programs.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in a similar technical support role.
- Knowledge of PLCs and VSDs.
