Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple modular projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing several high-profile modular construction projects across Leinster.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple modular construction projects
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, budgets, timelines, and contracts
- Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to progress
- Monitor and assess project performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners

Qualifications and Skills:
A relevant degree or qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in managing modular construction projects or other large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication skills.
