Business Analysis Lead - Risk Adjustment Coding Quality

Drive operational excellence across global Risk Adjustment Coding programs as a Business Analysis Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop data-driven strategies to enhance coding quality and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and analytics teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Provide thought leadership on risk adjustment coding best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to optimize coding processes and achieve business goals.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders through effective data storytelling.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and problem-solving, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage high-performing teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Ability to navigate complex structures and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
