Senior Account Director, Brand Experience

At this role, you will drive innovation and lead major client accounts in the field of brand experiences. Your strategic direction and leadership skills will inspire teams and ensure flawless execution for some of the world's most influential brands.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with 10+ years of agency or marketing experience, possessing strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management skills. They must also be an experiential marketing expert with deep knowledge of event production and brand activations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving the company's culture of innovation and collaboration to remain a market leader in brand experiences.
  • Mentoring and inspiring high-performing teams across account management, creative, and production functions.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.

Key Qualifications & Experience include:

  • Experienced Leader: 10+ years of agency or marketing experience.
  • Strategic Growth Driver: Demonstrated success in agency growth, client retention, and business expansion.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management skills.
  • Experiential Marketing Expert: Deep knowledge of experiential marketing, event production, and brand activations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Comfortable working in an integrated marketing environment.
