**About the Role:**

We are looking for a talented Quality Lead to oversee our supplier quality function at Sanmina Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of incoming materials from all suppliers, leading supplier audits, developing and improving supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality engineering, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to travel as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience working within a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment are also essential.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement supplier quality strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular supplier audits to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain effective supplier relationships
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address supplier quality issues
  • Manage the incoming inspection process to ensure quality and accuracy
