Orthodontic Therapist Position
">We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthodontic Therapist to join our orthodontic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills in orthodontic procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Patient Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking impressions, photographs, and radiographs, to ensure high-quality care is provided.
">">Place and adjust orthodontic appliances (braces, aligners, etc.) as directed by the orthodontist to achieve optimal outcomes.
">">Monitor patient progress throughout treatment, making adjustments as needed to ensure seamless care.
">">Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care to promote healthy teeth and gums.
">">Provide chairside assistance to the orthodontist during procedures to ensure efficient and effective treatment.
">">Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow to ensure smooth operations.
">">Maintain inventory of orthodontic supplies and instruments, adhering to all infection control protocols and safety regulations.
">">Collaborate effectively with the orthodontic team to ensure seamless patient care and maintain a positive and professional demeanor with patients and colleagues.
">">Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthodontic therapy through continuing education and maintain active registration with relevant professional bodies.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Orthodontic Therapy from an accredited institution.
">">Previous experience as an orthodontic therapist is preferred but not essential; new graduates are welcome to apply.
">">Strong clinical skills in orthodontic procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
