Senior Accommodation Manager

This role requires a dynamic leader with strong experience in hotel management who can ensure operational excellence, compliance, and a supportive environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of the accommodation centre.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, contractual obligations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including accommodation, catering, maintenance, and resident services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with best practice.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff, ensuring a collaborative working environment.
- Manage resource allocation effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, staff, stakeholders.
- Ensure health & safety, quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, Deputy General Manager, or Operations Manager within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent organisational, communication, problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting.
- Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, health & safety standards.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
