Pre-Assessment Clinical Nurse Leadership Opportunity

The Clinical Nurse Manager I (CNMI) plays a pivotal role in the point of care team, leading the clinical management of the Pre-Assessment Unit. This involves upholding UPMC values in the clinical setting to ensure accessible, world-class care that prioritizes patients' needs.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the CNMIII and ADON for Surgical Services, as well as other members of the inter-professional team. Together, they will strive to provide efficient, effective preoperative care that promotes a nurse-led service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical management of the Pre-Assessment Unit, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
- Collaborate with the CNMIII and ADON for Surgical Services to promote a unified approach to patient care.
- Work closely with the inter-professional team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
