About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced professional to create and implement strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth across email and social media channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to engage and retain customers.
  • Optimize automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, VIP loyalty).
  • Manage an engaged email list, ensuring list segmentation, personalization, and deliverability best practices.
  • Monthly Drops & Limited Edition Releases
  • VIP & Loyalty Programs
  • Content-Driven Emails (Storytelling, Educational, Brand Heritage)
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize conversion rates and revenue per email.
  • Monitor email analytics (open rates, CTRs, conversion rates) and refine strategies based on data.
Social Media and Content Creation:
  • Grow and manage our social media presence (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with product launches, storytelling, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Create and oversee the production of luxury-brand-aligned content, including:
  • High-end lifestyle visuals
  • Customer testimonials & UGC
  • Brand storytelling & heritage content
  • Behind-the-scenes insights into craftsmanship
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with relevant luxury/lifestyle communities.
  • Work closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to expand our reach.
