Job Opportunity

A seasoned electrical estimator is sought to lead the estimation process for complex transmission and distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the estimation process, ensuring commercial settlements, tender adjudications, bid reviews, and handovers are executed efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance estimation process efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and coach a team of estimators to achieve business objectives and drive success.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate estimates that meet their expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in pricing complex power or utilities work for a contractor, demonstrating expertise in estimation and project management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial settlement processes, contract law, and industry regulations.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
