Job Title: Electrical and Mechanical Coordinator

Job Overview:

The M&E Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our construction projects. As an M&E Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical and mechanical work is carried out to the highest standards.

This position involves coordinating multiple projects in a region as allocated by senior management. You will deliver high-quality snag-free projects on time and meet the required specifications. Additionally, you will manage design build projects to meet client requirements, monitor site management teams, and maintain high standards of health and safety.

You will also resolve disputes if required and prepare contractual claims. Furthermore, you will assist in estimating projects as directed by senior management and release final retentions on projects as allocated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance coordination of multiple projects in a region as allocated by senior management.
  • Deliver high-quality snag-free projects on time and meet the required specifications.
  • Management of design build projects to meet client requirements.
  • Monitoring site management teams and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
  • Dispute resolution if required.
  • Preparation of contractual claims.
  • Assistance in estimating projects as directed by senior management.
  • Release of final retentions on projects as allocated.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Academically qualified with a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar M&E Coordinator role.
