Job Title: Clinical Nurse Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Care Manager to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of carers, ensuring efficient and effective on-boarding, rostering, training, and overall welfare. You will also deliver Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training, monitoring daily activities, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Similar field role in the Irish Healthcare system with experience in risk assessment and individual care support in the home environment
  • Leadership skills and competence to take responsibility and accountability
  • Understanding of Clinical Governance in Home Support Care Provision and experience in Audit preparation
