Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Food Safety and Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts, developing and implementing quality management systems and processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide guidance and support to other quality assurance specialists, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our overall quality and food safety performance. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to quality and food safety.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior quality assurance role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in FSQMS, HACCP, and internal auditing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and implement improvements
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
