We are recruiting a Full Time Accounts Assistant to join our analytical and service-focused Accounts Department at Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel's payroll, resolving staff queries, and working closely with the Assistant Financial Controller and HR team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage hotel payroll for 145 staff members
  2. Deal with staff queries regarding payroll matters
  3. Collaborate with the Assistant FC and HR in relation to payroll and TMS
  4. Oversee the management of Hotel Accounts Receivable
  5. Work with the Assistant FC on internal control procedures and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
  1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Familiarity with Time Management Systems (Alkimii) beneficial
  3. Previous experience in payroll preparation, processing, and reporting required
  4. Experience in Accounts Receivable and Internal Audit
  5. Excellent attention to detail required
  6. Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
