We are seeking a Commercial Utility Bill Specialist to join our team in Dublin 17. This is a hybrid role, with three days spent working from home and two days in the office.
The purpose of this role is to work within the Customer Services & Collections team for one of our clients in the utility sector, reporting to the Collections Team Manager.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Liaising with customers to bring their commercial utility bills to full and final settlement.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails to communicate with customers.
- Negotiating payment plans with customers to maximise debt recovery.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Fostering a positive and professional relationship with customers at all times.
**Requirements:**
- Previous call centre experience is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Micorsoft Office skills including Word and Excel an advantage.
