  • Monitor progress and update programmes accordingly.
  • Analyse critical path and delays to mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide planning input at pre-construction and tender stages.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years' experience in a planning role within construction.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale projects (data centres, pharma, or life sciences preferred).
  • Proficiency in planning software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
